4Storyline:
A tree with Zeek (Craig T. Nelson) and Camille Braverman (Bonnie Bedel) as the patriarch and matriarch. After 46 years of marriage, they have managed to keep their foundation intact by burying their problems underneath the surface for the sake of their children as adults. Adam (Peter Krause) is the first-born, the ripest apple the tree has to offer. He runs a shoe factory, a supportive wife, two children (boy and girl) and a house has to share with them. Hes a dog, unless the American dream. Sarah (Lauren Graham), is the unstable daughter home with thirty-eight years with her rebellious daughter and sensitive son to live with Zeek and Camille.
